One of our clients seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail in both front- and back-of-house operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Pizza Inn outlet.
• Ensure timely food preparation, quality control, and adherence to Pizza Inn standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the restaurant in line with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for ingredients, packaging, and other supplies.
• Ensure the correct use and maintenance of equipment (e.g., ovens, dough mixers).
• Hire, train, and manage kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Create weekly staff schedules to optimize labor efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain a positive and professional team environment.
• Ensure every guest receives excellent service, from order placement to delivery.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Monitor online reviews and take action to improve ratings and guest satisfaction.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and take action to improve performance.
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, and daily reconciliations.
• Control food costs and minimize waste through portion management and efficient operations.
